what I did is I emailed them saying I want to buy an exspensive part (this was today monday when they are supose to be closed) and told them too call me it wasn't 5 min later and they called me from this number 954-818-9434 and I asked the about the part I ordered the 14th and they told me that i should have got in by now and i told them i didn't so he called his distrubuter and he said they were on back order and that they never notified him so he just assumed since he never heard anything that i recieved it, even though i sent several email complaining, he told me they should get there HKS order wednesday then told me i could canel the order or let them still ship it 2-3 day air, in fear of not getting my money if i cancelled i told him to ship it and email me a tracking number soon as he got it and he confirmed my email so i got my fingers crossed that it shows up friday or monday if not i will defintly call back or try the same trick

You might as well start calling and leaving messages right now. These guys do this all the time. They are the worst vendor I've ever dealt with. I will never do business with them again. Motormatrix sucks!

Warning, warning. Do not buy from these guys. Check out over at the 'other' sites...there's a sticky there about them under the vendors section.

They already changed their name to something else. They're located in florida, so beware of any new vendors from this area which could be motormatrix with a new name.
