Marin Co.

Just curious, wanted to throw love out there. I see a lot of bay area subie love on the forums but not a whole lot out here in the north bay. Was all over NASIOC for a min but wanted a more "friendly" forum to be on, to put it more kindly. I've had my car for almost a year now and aside from my homie with an EVO IX I grew up with and a '07 STi brotha, I have nothin around here! If any of you guys know Lucas Valley Rd. or HWY 1, especially out towards Tomales Bay HOLLA! Best roads in Marin! We get some M3's to roll, RSX's, 3000GT's it doesn't matter. The love of the drive is what makes it. Just want to know who's around and who's on i-club. I'm fairly new to i-club and hope it is a better reception than NAZIoc was

Welcome to i-club!!!

We do our best NOT to name roads around here, since there are certain people who like to keep the road name private. I used to commute to San Rafael from Sebastopol every morning, and I was definitely in the top few percent of fast cars on Lucas Valley Rd. - but all good things must come to an end.

You want some roads? I won't name this one, but try this on for size:

oh, and if you like that one, you might like this one as well:

Please note - the double solid yellow line was respected in each of these videos - and the second video is shot in real time - not sped up...

I drive to Marin County (San Rafael) weekdays for work. Sometimes I'm in my MR2 & sometimes my husband's 2.5RS, both have personalized plates. I haven't seen any subaru people though. Maybe it's the hours I'm actually on the road.

Yes yes...lots of love for the north bay! Ditto on keeping names to yourself though. We like our roads as empty as possible

and i'm pretty sure you got a dom 3 with an ewg that i cant wait to hear! sorry about the names, i was under the impression that there were only about 3-4 roads in the north bay that are worth driving. double yellow might as well be a center divide to me
