Marin Subaru Service - any feedback?
Hi all,
Do any of you have good or bad experiences with Marin Subaru? I've got a problem with my wrx suspension and it's hard to pin down, so i'm guessing i'll have to take it to a shop that really takes extra time on customers.
If anybody has been to Marin Subaru and wouldn't mind letting me know what they think, i sure would appreciate it.
Thanks!

they told me a sound that was coming from my rear diff was actually turbo whine and failed fix my driver side window that used to make a screeching sound.. after dealing with their stupidity twice i took my car to bianco subaru.. they replaced the rear diff and fixed the window.. bianco subaru > marin subaru

Besides the monster power, I had a CHP follow me for 15mins. Mad pucker effect.
That car is scary fast. Can't wait to see what he puts down at ATP on Saturday.

One thing to remember is that Marin Subaru is TINY - their schtick is "low overhead = low prices." I'm not sure how exactly that translates to their service department, but it's something to consider.

That might be true for Marin Subaru...But being one of the sales manager's here at Bianco Subaru...high overhead =TOO many cars in stock = LOW prices too..and with a better selection!!!

I always take my car to the guys at Bianco Subaru. They are all really nice and helpful.

I've dealt with John in service at Marin Mazda Subaru for a few years. I like them (for dealership service) enough to drive all the way from Santa Rosa. Prestige, on the other hand, appear to be complete morons in both sales and service.
