I've seen people get away with the following:

-IHI turbo, similar to stock
-JDM/Catless UP (lookes like it has one)
-Ecutek reflash

So, just return it all to stock... only way to be 100% sure. failing and being classified as a gross poluter is not good at all. mucho money in fines!

wow people were able to pass emissions with a different ihi turbo? i should be fine with mine then. thats a relief, but how were people able to pass with the catless up? do they just look at your car or actually check emissions?
