hey was wondering if anyone knows of any shops that carry megan coilovers for 06? (within 2hours driving of my location, pretty much norcal

i found 1 in walnut.. as in walnut by L.A. in so-cal

they arent rebuildable, they just replace the whole thing for $95
BUt yeah, they are $900 shipped and you can get custom spring rates+they have better hardware/locking mechanisms for height adjustment

Yup. That's the one. I remember that is was back a year ago when they had a special on BC's and it was about $935. Keep in mind you aren't paying for tax. Tax on $1k item can get pretty steep.

pwn and charlesj has a review on them in the features section of the site. Those coilovers, from what I hear tend to be a little stiffer than the STi suspension. They'll definitely be streetable. If you aren't planning to auto-x or track often, you'll probably want to stick with shocks and springs or entry-level coilover set-ups. I can't really address the durability of the coilovers, but I assume they'll be fine for the street and occasional tracking.

Why not get some Stance through MachIII? Since you're spending about 1k, then the Stance should do it for you. They are local too, SF to be exact.
