lets see...on my 06 Sti I had to buy an injen intake w/ carb sticker and change my TBE back to stock to pass. Honestly u need a donor car if someone would ever think of doing it XD.

takes like 1-2hrs at most to change stuff. Welcome to Cali!

 

OP is making it harder for himself by looking for a place that's "lenient" instead of installing his downpipe and doing it over. C'mon son get your **** together and just do it! This is the price you pay for your toys and having fun with them.
