Looking for the guy who works at SF BMW

I talked to you in the parking lot before we drove to BAM. I have some questions for you but I don't know your screen name. Can you PM me please?

Thanks Rob

I don't even remember what car was his.

My mom is having lots of issues with her 2008 535i and BMW of Concord is pissing me off. It just got towed there for the 2nd time in a month. The engine has been hesitating and acting up and throwing the check engine light. It was there a month ago for a new high pressure pump... which happens to be on BMW's TSB...

I'm thinking about taking it somewhere else to get worked on right.

If I were you I wouldn't take your mom's car to BMW SF. The service dept there sucks and they never have loaner cars for customers. Especially if you didn't buy the car there.

You should go to Weatherford BMW in Berkeley instead. They have a great service dept and plenty of loaners available.
