i use a company called promax. made in japan...or at least they are a japanese company. i can ship you a set if you need, or you can use any other brand...i think pretty much they're all the same, and more or less all have the same warranties too. if you want to feel comfortable about what you're using, you can throw some extra cash for phillips or something too.

've tried 5000K and 6000K and both are great, but i decided to stick with the 6000K bulbs.

any higher, and it's useless in my opinion
