by the way im pretty sure u could send those pics to B.A.R.(bureau of automotive repair) or OHSA(occupational health and safety association) and report the dealership and have them fined or even the tech in specific, cause that just aint right.

Went there 3 months ago for service on my '05 WRX. I've been looking for another subaru dealer to go to ever since. Any recommendations?

Maybe a better question is:

Why would you WANT to go to a dealer for service?
There are enough competent shops around the Bay Area (LIC is my favorite) that you'd never HAVE TO go to the dealer again.

my sentiments exactly! the only time I set foot in a dealership is to buy those little crush washers for the oil drain plug.

They gave me a rediculous estimate on brakes, I had my car towed out of their shop and they still charged me $120 for nothing.

I don't like Oak subaru that much either. Their oem parts are way overpriced.
