Look what was at Broadway Subaru in Oakland

I was at Broadway Subaru in Oakland to pick a oil filter at the parts department and came across this Blue STI that was sitting on this box. The box was under the side spoiler of the car holding it up, that doesnt look good. I dont think this is how I want my car to be service. Anyway I just wanted to share with you guys.

Thanks

Thats where I bought my new clutch last month, those jackbutts gave me the wrong one!! I even gave them my VIN # and they still managed to screw up and give me a clutch for a 2.5!?!?! That was a pain it the a$$.

Not to mention, they are unfriendly and semi-rude. I wont be going there again.

I found the sales people at Broadway in Oakland to be very helpful. They couldn't get the car I wanted, but they did take me for a test drive and give me a VERY competitive price - that was a couple of years ago.

I have never gone there for service, nor do I think I would, but when I went there and when I took a friend there, the sales staff was above average.

well at least you got somthing good. when i we there at the end of 04, asked about an 05 over the phone, got really ridiculously good pricing, went in talking about an 05, test drove it, and when we sat down to negotiate i find out he's been giving me 04 pricing the whole time. and the 05 prcing was totally not in my budget. if thats not sheisty, i dunno what is. =P

you should've asked about it before assuming that it was a customer's car. it could've been an employee's which was using some of the tools there. You just never know.
