*shiver* traumatic fraternity pledging memories *shiver*

Seriously though has someone done a before and after dyno, or temperature measurement of the jethot coatings?

I was thinking also...our car comes stock with a turbo heat shield...yet the turbo is like already the hottest part isn't it? So...doesn't a heat shield for a turbo self defeating?

I'm not sure about this - going out on a limb here - but.. I *think* the turbo heat sheild is there to keep the rest of the engine bay from the turbo's high heat, rather than the other way around..
