I tried to find a related thread but turned up nothing..

I want to hear what some of the catback exhausts I'm considering sound like in person before I buy one. I'm sure there must be others who also want to hear exhaust combinations in person before dropping $$$

Would anyone with an '08-'14 wrx/sti hatchback be willing to meet and show me your exhaust? I'm interested in hearing an Invidia q300 with a stock DP

Depends on where you're located in the bay area

Two active ones would be Wed night VJJ in Fremont and Sunday Philz in Cupertino

 

Thanks, I'm around the Santa Clara area so Philz is probably easier, but I'm usually on a bike ride Sunday mornings so I might have to show up in lycra

I'd be happy to meet people after work during the week if anyone is available

I'll be going to BAM as well, but I'm really getting the itch to hear some rumble... the stock exhaust does not do the car justice

 

The Fremont one isn't far either and basically a lot of the people at those two are the same.

I have a Q300. I would give you a taste but I'll be traveling and the car is kinda broken.

But I do recommend it. It's a solid exhaust.
