Car Info: 2016 Acura RDX ... meh. Um, nice subwoofer?
My only gripe with "SUPPOSED to" is the "loud exhaust". Loud is subjective. My exhaust is "loud"... I even think so... compared to a Toyota Prius .

Just a funny note I thought of... most of these laws are really "probably cause" laws. What cracks me up are the laws against various applications tint. A car that is doing nothing wrong save for having illegally applied tint will get pulled over because officers fear that an illegally tinted window can endanger an officer's life during a traffic stop? What? Wait a sec... way to walk into danger for no reason, officer!

If the cop was really afriad, s/he'd come up to all tinted cars making sure the windows were down, w/ gun draw... you can't tell me 99% of tint law use isn't harrasssment . I'm fine w/ "probabaly cause" laws really. It can be a good check-and-balance tool that helps cops do their job properly, keeping the spirit of the law while pushing the envelope of the letter of the law. But when they become revenue generators or boredom relief... it rubs me the wrong way.

Like my co-worker who is also a Fremont police officer said to me after a long debate, "Well, that's just the way it is. It makes money for us and most don't offenders don't fight it... and that's good for us".
