when you pay a painter to paint something properly, yeah I hate to say it but you do what it takes for him/her/them to realize that they f-ed up and someone is going to fix it on there dime.

LIC is not rich or rolling in the coin...there is no silver spoon here; just many years of hard work, so it will be done and done to how I expect it to be done, no different than our customers expect a level of professionalism, I hold other's to the same.
