I'm sure you can cut it since there's nothing there. Check what cornfed did. He's about as low as humanly possible (maybe 1/2" bumper clearance). I think he swaped springs or something.

I talked to him and its the coilover. I have street and I need something that will let you go lower as in a track series coilover or some stances.
