KW V1 and wide(ish) wheels question
V3s are a street coilover. If he wants something track-worthy, the RCE Tarmac 2s are the best starting point. Built off KW V3 with better springs (linear) and more aggressive valving.

I've been in a car with v1s and I've got st, I couldn't tell the difference...who needs a lifetime warranty on shocks anyway...they will both eventually need a rebuild and that isn't covered by the warranty iirc
Why not Suspension Techniques? They are based off KW V1s.
Also, when getting these, you're going to need to buy top hats/camber plates on your own to use them.
why would he have to buy new mounts?? you retain your factory mounts he would not have to buy anything unless his factory mounts are junk
They are also hundreds cheaper and offer mostly the same results. We all know he's not tracking the car and at least he's wisening up to step away from budget coilovers like BC BRs.
