Funny ****... doesnt matter weather its a McCain or Obama sign...no one needs to do **** like that....respect peoples decisions and rights. Im glad that kid got shocked, it will teach him a lesson. Like Hateroo said, the kid mostlikely doesnt know crap bout politics, maybe, just maybe, knows about George Washington hahaha and Brucelee.....why so violent? why not just simply get the sign, take it to them/throw it away, and simple tell them that you dnt need that ****, to not come around your house, that you support McCain? I was im a bad mood anyway, and I dont support either party... It just threw me over the edge... I don't usually explode like that, but they deserved it. Yeah, I made a scene, taught them a lesson too.

 

Well the judge's instructions would have been followed. There was a sign up that said keep out and a fence

The fact is a line needs to be drawn somewhere. Something like a political sign should be respected. The kid was denying the home owner of his constitutional rights by entering his yard and removing his sign...and he looked as though he was going to take it 1 step further by replacing it with another sign.

Obviously the guy had trouble like this already to go through the trouble of setting up the electrical and camera.

There are so many different ways and directions that this discussion could turn. Nobody will convince anyone of anything and nothing will change. It's like talking about religeon/abortion/gay marriage.

The fact is that this guy could get into serious trouble for what he did. In reality we all know who the bad people were here: the kid and whoever gave him the idea to do what he did. Everyone should know you shouldn't go into other people's yards without permission, you shouldn't steal their property, and everyone is allowed their own freedom of speech. The kid knew that he was doing something wrong or sneaky.

The only thing that bothers me about it is that the person who was in the wrong and caused the situation would come out on top in a legal battle. Like someone who breaks into a store and is bitten by a dog.

If you do some stupid **** you deserve what happens to you. Not that everyone is capable of determining punishment for crimes committed, but the person in the wrong should need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that what happened to them was unjust to a jury. Civil trials for things like this unfortunately don't work that way.

Yeh, that little ****er deserved it. Obviously his parents are the ones who set him up for it, he has no idea who McCain is or who Obama is. I laughed when the reporter said "She Did not want to go on Camera" hella obvious that she is embarrassed as hell lol.

The thing that kils me abotu that kid. I read that he had an Obama sign he was gonna replace it iwht cuz this guy had like 3 signs stolen right. The guy gets it on tape and the dad was gonna press charges saying his son wasnt doing anything. the guy had it on tape and was like "look your son has an obama sign he was gonna replace it with. i did catch your little bastard son on tape so **** off." magically the dad decided not to press charges.

The dad probably told him to go do it.
