ok so im having another meeting with my friends on sunday night , so far it will be at AT&T park's parking lot or Red Java's cafe's(off of ebaracdero in SF) parking lot. We are thinking getting a DJ etc. Admission will be somwhere along the lines of $10-15 dollars for parking your car in the lot and $1 walk in admissions. After we pay for the lot if we will have to everything else will go to Japan's relief fund.

I ment all the extra money will go to the relief fund but i just got word in that we will get the Red Java house spot with enough space for roughly 350 cars + and he is not going to charge us for using his lot. So guys it will be on April 3rd at Red Java House Pier 30 Bryant & Embarcadero San Francisco, CA 94107. I believe we agreed on $15 dollar admission of cars and $1 for passengers and walk ins. The owner of Red Java is not making any money of this event so please try to support him and eat over at his restaurant to thank him for letting us use his lot! I am having another meeting with the other's at 9 and will keep you guys informed.

I'm a little confused. If its not a registration type car show whats the roll in for? Just for people that want to arrive early? Great idea though I'll definitely roll through and let my friends know.

Maybe I'll talk to them about cleaning up also I'm not entirely sure but roll in is at 9AM it's kind of a show but Im not sure if awards will be given. It's just so that it's less complicated with people coming in the same time as people.

not to be a nationalist dick... but there are ~7000 homeless people in the peninsula.
why are you doing a fundraiser for Japan when there are now, and have always been, thousands of needy people right in your own neighborhood?
