I just downloaded and upgraded and it went swimmingly

music and videos are restoring right now but it reactivated quickly

try again...i just got my ver 1 iPhone to upgrade finally; if it is unlocked i dont think it will let you upgrade...i had to restore to factory...why do i hate apple but yet i still give them tons of my cash?
