Installed HP+ pads, now have a rubbing sound

Where are you located? probly easier to troubleshoot if someone rides with you instead of trying to describe it on the forums.

did u put grease between the shims and the pad? like plenty of it? also most importantly, but over looked........... you sure you installed them correctly? if you have some time go check.

start from simple.

I wasn't so sure about the install so I went ahead and took it to AutoHQ (first time changing pads). Verdict: I did not bleed air in rubber ring around piston which causes it to rub against pad, did not know to put auto-seize (name of it slips my mind) on edges of pads to reduce vibration, and most importantly did not replace shims from previous pads. Noise level now SIGNIFICANTLY reduced! And more importantly, no grinding noise. THANKS KEVIN!

if you're asking about my noise the yes but auto hq installed them so its just the pads that are loud.
