That thing has waaaay too many creaks and groans going on to think it would be safe for anything more than fun in an empty parking lot. Though the air cannons would be a nice toy for the commute.

Good idea, but its soooooo slow and unstable that if they actually tried to use this in combat it would just be a deathtrap. ROFL @ Gundam comment - maybe if they spent a couple hundred million more on it they could make something decent =).
