If you have a line on an apartment....
I need to move. I want to be in the city, in a nice neighbourhood, but not west of Divisadero. Budget is 1500-1900/mo, must have parking.
If you know of a place (maybe you are moving, please do let me know). Don't bother sending me to CL or Metrorent - I'm already on there. Maybe you are moving out? I'm looking to move in Feb 1.

got an apartment in South San Francisco for rent. Its a huge 3BR 2 bathroom flat. 1800 a month. It is listed on CL not sure if you saw it or not.

My company pays well, yes
. Its higher than i like to pay, but more important than anything else to me is living in a nice place/nice area. Theres nothing worse than coming home to a hovel

Sounds nice, but I can hardly fill that with just me, and I really have to be in the City. Thanks though!

I'll go ask my buddy who's a realtor to see if he knows of anything available to fit your needs.
