Sounds like the dog is being blamed. It's the owners fault. You get a dog and give him a job hanging around with a bunch of teddy bears. WTF else is he going to do? I wonder how much exercise the dog gets. I wonder if the dog does anything but watch teddy bears. When will people understand that dogs need structure to set thier mind at ease.
