I went to the range today and pissed everyone off.
Apparently my cocktail of shooting an M1A SOCOM II, M44, and my SU-16 (which is loud as f', like double the AR).
The M1A has with that short of barrel has the most distinctive roar... WOW! Everyone next to me moved waaay down range as they were shooting their plinkers.
That M44... I swear to god... I would HATE to be on the receiving end of that round!

I've seen those Big Five ads for the Russian rifle, is it the same as the one you fired? I'm not a a gun wizard.
And that video of the SU-16- I love how that guy gets down to business. Aim, empty clip, reload, repeat cycle until three mags are empty in around 45 seconds. Nice.

You are right...fully automatic is illegal in California.

I got an AR with a muzzle break that causes the shooters next to me to give me dirty looks...and an M1A with a standard barrel is pretty loud...
But that short barrel M1A you have must have sucked big time for your neighbors...
