No kidding.. I went into the windshield when i hit the tree head on. That after being hit at 120mph on the drivers side.

I would rather say the deer came out and HIT you.......

When explaining the crash to your insurance company, MAKE SURE you state that you hit the animal, even slightly brushed it.
If you don't, the crash will be your fault.
BTW, I'm calling bs on this crash, and your gun shot story.
I'll only accept as proof the following:
A sworn certified statment from the deer you hit.
11" x 17" glossy pictures of the car, the gun, the wound, the blood spatter, and what you had for dinner three weeks ago.
