Pretty simple, all you need is the NV license and address to match your registration. No one is trying to burst your bubble I don't think but I mean... Seems like out of state plates is even more reason to give a few ****'s about their presence. You can still get ticketed for not obeying the laws of the roads you are driving, only diff is they think there might be a chance you won't be back in town to fight it.

It will be a problem if the same cop pulls you over or seen you before. Could be a city cop who works in your residential area. But in the other hands, city cops usually don't pull you over for mods anyway. CHP probably wouldn't remember you.
