Of the three parts you named (front and rear strut bars and lower h-brace), I only noticed a difference with the h-brace. I have a cusco version though and no experience with the replica, but i imagine it probably does the job. Sway bars, endlinks and ALK do indeed give you more bang for the buck though, as far as sub-$200 suspension upgrades go.

Do the aftermarket sways affect ground clearance at all? I know in Mustangs they hung a little lower than the stockers.

Looks like I'll do the cheapy rear strut cause it is a wagon, and sways w/ endlinks. I saw two styles of endlinks... which ones are better?

I'm new to the game, but upon shopping some of these parts I came across these at a much lower price than other stuff. My intuition says these are crap, but if they aren't, someone let me know.
I have that exact set, except from ebay running on my 06 STI, it does stiffen things up on turns. Not a placebo effect. Pretty easy to install too.

No clearance issues on an Impreza, the swaybars have no effect on ground clearance. In front you'll be limited by what physically fits (i.e. good things happen going as big as possible, see the Whiteline 29mm bar or Strano hollow 32mm bar), in back 22-24mm is about all I'd do.

The rear strut bar noticably tightened up my wagon. The front was mostly ballast

On the endlinks, tighter the better for our cars....
