16x8?

Why does everyone want a 16x8?

if im wearing my corners of my tires(225) with my 16x7's, how are 16x8's gonna help?

Im guessing a bigger footprint but its like 4 more lbs for nothing i think
yada yada yada...my 16x7 slipstreams arent in stock, and the only group buys are for F*CKING 16X8's AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Thanks for answering another one of my questions

DAMN!!! how are the RS2s?!

And my previous owner of my 2.5 CUT my rears, does that mean i should roll them as to not cut into my new 235 or 245 tires (say if i did buy 16x8s?)

that looks awesome man!

be absolutely certain its smooth and flat, and you should be ok. ride height important... the lower you go, the more camber you will need to tuck it in. My car is not that low, and it pretty stiff, so i can run -1.0 in the rear and not have issues.

That right there is about -1.25 in the rear. Fronts were about -2.3 with +4.25 castor.

I would suggest getting whiteline diff lock out bolts as that will stop any dynamic rear camber. I can't run them in Solo, so sometimes i will fit that my tires rub on the inside on the strut (very safe, just slightly)

RS2s were great tires. They grip like crazy. They do heat cycle out quick though, I lost about 3/4 of a second on the autox courses after about 21 events and 10k miles.

but for street that's an insignificant amount of grip loss.
