Oof that's gonna be rough. I would check in with the local radio stations and see if they need overnight engineers. Money sucks, but it's work. CBS (Live 105), Cumulus (KFOG, the Bone) and Clear Channel (every other radio station) operate in SF.

I don't think life as a Marine would work out with me too well. i have had several surgeries following a wreck so i dont think i would be physically qualified.
@Subaruwrx ill pm you for your email and send you my resume.

I may have some opportunity's for you at my company www.sri.com
I can't make any promises, but we have a busy late 2009 & 2010 year and need a folks that can handle photo/video production. I can talk with our video production lead in the office.
The job would not be full time, but you would be 100% on travel on location for 1.5 month stints. This would be hourly(sometimes long hours) + hotel paid + per diem + rental car + flights. The first rotation starts in October in Florida. Pm me if interested & I can see whats avail.

Oh yea? What division?
Jobs here are really competitive these days. We get hundreds of applications for admin/ facilities jobs. The very specific Engineering & sciences jobs are even very competitive.
You really have to know someone on the inside. My group also likes military experience.

It was an operations position. I'm a vendor and a national account and managed transportation on the last big event @ Fort Hunter Leggit. Everyone was super happy with the job I did (and it was a PAIN IN THE *** to Coordinate) but my main contact quit right when I applied for the position.
You know Richard Pearce?
