I don't know the BEST Subaru dealership but i DO know the WORSE. Never EVER step foot in Steven's Creek Subaru.

To add to the thread.. i haven't heard much bad things about Capitol Subaru but they haven't been around long enough yet. I'd start there and work my way to Santa Cruz.
