I actually had some custom hubcentric conversion spacers made so I can run a 5x114 rpf1.

I would say drive down and pick it up. My trip to Oregon was about 13 hr drive and I only stopped for gas twice. In the end the price round trip for my tribeca (which got way worse mpg than your car) was about 120 bucks.
