STi UTEC in SoCal will ship
UTEC -- With box, manual, etc. I will even install it for you in your car. I spend $1000 on it and used it for a few hundred miles...I decided to go with the ECUTek reflash because my tuner is more confident with it. $950 shipped or delivered&installed.
