Go Humboldt! Woo-hoo! The real Northern California That's awesome you posted this. I know a bunch of angry hippies up here will be upset for some reason that a movie was made about and titled after this place, but I think that's kind of cool. Plus Fairuza Balk is in it and she's awesome.

By the way, I'm movin' back to the bay area in the late Spring! Yay!

For the record, I don't actually give a crap about the Far Nor Cal thing, but there are people up here who take it really seriously. I actually know a few people who had Far Nor Cal stickers made up for their cars.
To me, Northern California is anything from the Oregon state line down to like Monterey-ish; but I grew up in Chicago and lived there until 16, so what do I know?

 

to me, Nor Cal is Oregon to South Bay Area.
Cen Cal is Summit of 17 to Solvang.
So Cal is down to border.

Nor Cal should really only start at Sac.
I dont like being associated with Sac, sso in a perfect world, the Bay Area would be Cen Cal...or Mid Cal.

It would be cool if we werent seperated by Nor/So.
We need to have

West Ca= Cool all around people
Mid Ca= Valley farm folk
East Ca= Snow bunnies and adventurous outdoorsy types
