trust me I've had my fair share of scars & stretch marks. It just takes time...let it heal, don't pick at it and it will be fine. I've got a few on my forearm from work shiz and of course my stretch marks when I used to be a fatty (some are still slowly fading away even though its been over a year) it just takes time bro. Be patient.
If the cut is still healing, neosporin for 3-4 days, then let it dry. After that point, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Why? Contains the most amino acids that any organic topical "spread" can give to your skin.

Ive done a lot of research on this stuff because my fmaily owns a bunch of coconut farms in the Philippines. When I worked in the Standard Cecil Green Library, they have the biggest repository for Government Docs. I would read everything I could regarding the whole industry. I dont feel like unloading on you guys.

so dude, i have been through over 25 surgeries in my life, and i hate to say you wont get rid of it completely. best thing that i have found is massaging the area while it is still healing, its gonna hurt... alot... but you have to really press hard to break up the scar tissue that is forming. the second thing i used was mederma, or however you spell it, someone mentioned it earlier in this thread. i used these techniques on most all of my scars, however the massages really do hurt and on some of my bigger more painful scars i wasn't able to tough it out.
now im glad to hear your alright and good luck with the remedy.
