How much does it cost to have service for your car when having 60,000 miles on it?

There are some GREAT shops in the bay area, like mentioned, LIC in the north bay, GST and Speed Element in the east/south bay, and AutoHQ on the Peninsula (Redwood city).
Go to any of these shops and you will get great service at a great price. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to the dealer!!! You will pay 3x more at the dealer, and you wont get better service.
The shops I mentioned are SUBARU SPECIALISTS and are all part of this forum, which also means that they are very reputable and have loyal followings due to their great work and local community support. The dealership will rob you, but if you like throwing money away, go ahead and head on over to the dealership.

Our major 60k service with all premium fluids is $500. Less expensive options are also available with standard fluids. Give us a call if you have any questions.
Thanks

Changing all the fluids are simple, IF you have room to do it. Rear diff has drain and fill plugs, trans had drain plug and you just fill it from the dipstick, engine oil you don't even have to lift the car unless it's lowered a good amount. The only thing that's kind of a pain to do is the spark plugs, but once you do it a couple times it becomes easier. Belts are a 10 min job. Minor services on our cars are easy. I would just take it to a reputable shop listed above for everything else, and even your tune ups if you don't feel comfy doing it yourself(better safe than sorry). But I don't know what comes along with a 60k service, I'm assuming greasable fittings, are checked as well.
