Car Info: No more Subaru
**** Subarus. After the 02 wrx, 13 STI, and 04 wagon I don't miss it.
After I got the ISF I haven't looked back. But, if I wanted a manual again I'd go for something that actually made power.
Sorry Subaru fanboys

it's a cool car if you don't actually like driving. Turd of a transmission and steering of a dogs *******, other than that all the specs on paper are at least cool and people might think more highly of you since you own a Lexus. To each his own.

i have my wrx, picked up an integra for a dd, got bored with it quick so i bought another subaru (legacy wagon)...sold it cuz i dont need two cars, but now i want something new...
i plan to keep my wrx as long as i can keep it running cuz its been paid off, and ive spent so much money on it, that im going to run it into the ground rather than selling it for $6-7k. when ive got over $20k into it haha
i drive a silverado for work so now i want something with an auto and a v8 to just cruise around in. the wrx is just harsh sometimes to drive (built motor, trans, straight piped, coilovers etc), but i would rather park and store it away and take it off insurance rather than selling it

Car Info: 2000 Legacy GT, 2000 Echo 1989 Camry All-Trac
Kinda a different angle, but I've (involuntary, motors died) left cars altogether for now and the indefinite future, which has been sobering vis-a-vis what I want to do with both my WRX and Camry Trac.
Once I get a real job, whatever that means, Rex is going to be a fun daily, goal is lower the floor first, and if the ceiling gets raised in the process, cool. Trac is gonna be more ***** out tuner car, and that's possible because it's a second car and older Camry parts are cheap.
I've lost 30 pounds and falling for being sans wheels, appreciate the neighborhood and public transit system a lot more. Usual getting back to nature crap, just the jungle's concrete is this case.
In the face of no cars, the allure of Subarus is less, and I appreciate my Toyota experiences across multiple cars a lot more. Not enough to shift fanboy devotions purely to one or the other though.
If and when I get a dad-car, a Leggy wagon sounds about right, and hopefully the Camry is still rollin n trollin.

Car Info: 2012 PBP STI
I've got an 05 Saab 92-x that I DD. Considering selling the 2012 STI I had built and do something else with the money. Fun as hell car, but since I got the wagon I find myself not driving the STI much. Should probably put her in a worthy home at some point so she gets put to good use, and actually serves the purpose she was built for.

Maybe they can't afford the down payment otherwise?
Maybe they don't have room for another car at their apartment?
Maybe they don't want to pay insurance and registration and have to deal with the maintenance and costs of a 3rd or 4th car?
Maybe they want to use that money towards something else instead of having it sit?
