How far do you think we could get with this?
I think this plate cover might actually fly with law enforcement...hell thousands of SUV's, Vette's etc get away with this sheit.
I actually think the plate looks nice. what do you guys think? i don't know about the price but maybe....

I have one of those on my car....I still got a ticket for no front plate when I got pulled over though...but thats normal b/c they look for it when u get pulled over...but just driving, it should be no problem

I tried look ing for them on e-bay but decided to not fork out that kinda dough for a piece of metal.
I'll stick to my TMIC and front plates thank you. but for those with an FMIC this wouldn't be a bad touch... or something similar.
Just thought it was a good idea because those hacked front plates are just begging for attention from the CHP.

I know others who have received tickets for no front plate. This happens especially often in cities that have red light runner cameras (Fremont).
They don't pick on anyone specifically. I know a guy from work with a completely stock Mercedes who got a no front plate ticket while being written up for something else.
Of course lots of people get away with it. But not half as many who get away with speeding. Just because people get away with it doesn't mean you're going to be able to 100% of the time.
To me, it's not worth it. I comply with the law and get over it. I don't want a ticket for stupid crap. I hope speeding is the only thing I ever get a ticket for.

In my experiance only city cops ticket you, I know SFPD does sometimes. A friend got a ticket for no front plate from one of the toll takers when he left SFO short term parking.
