I think the only thing the school should have done when they found out about the kooch shot is to marker over the area on the yearbooks that have not been passed out and request students who have received their year books already to bring them back for same treatment.
but the school should not be held liable for the girl not wearing any underwear.

I'm guessing that what really happened is she pulled a prank, got caught by her mom, played it off as an accident to avoid getting in trouble with her mom, and now her mom is on a mock-outrage fueled rampage.

 

Going commando to pull a prank? Just sounds too slutty to me. Any gurl with the right mind would not have gone commando. Nerds don't care for it, they'd take the pantie lines, and most others that aren't ***** probably wouldn't give such easy access. LoL

yea it does taint the water pipe, and you will be left with a distinctive weed taste every time you draw. but nothing some fresh squeezed lime juice to clean out the whole hookah cant fix, leaves it smelling very lemony. i only do it with my crappy 30 dollar hookah. every irregular substance is off limits on my 190 Mya, even milk lol.

I don't get how the yearbook community didn't catch that photo when they first built the yearbook... I think this was more of a prank.
