if you're a college student, making money quick means letting someone do an MRI on you and getting 50 bucks, or participating is psych studies so you can find out how crazy you are...and get like 20 bucks.

You want quick money, buy a house or a few of them if you can afford it!!! I have $200k in equity after 5 years(but my house is old and not in a great area). I also have a vacation house up in Pollock Pines that I paid $130K for 8 years ago and had it appraised last year for $265K. If you want REAL fast money, but a new home. My best friend bought a house in San Ramon last year(the new development off of bollinger canyon). He got it for $565K before the slab was put down. He moved in two months ago and had it appraised..........$810K. Not bad for a year of doing nothing. His brother paid $890K for a house a few developments over(BIG FREAKING HOUSE) and it's worth $1.2M right now.

The sad thing is to get into the housing market it costs a ton of money, and to make a large chunk you need to be in a hot area which means you pay even more to get in. Two years ago my mom sold her house in Orinda that she paid $300K for 15 years ago.. She sold it for $1.2M moved to Florida and bought a HUGE house on 10 acres for $400K and hasn't worked since she moved there). I've looked at some of the houses on the street we lived when I was in my early teens in Discovery Bay that were going for $350-$500K back in the day(We had a custom 6BR 3965ft^2, 3 car garage, boat dock with dual floaty things less than 5 minutes from open water, and paid $435k, that same house style is about $1.4M now) , and they're going for $1.2-$1.7M now.

That's where the real money is at...

are you an American citizen? if you are... go to a dirt poor countries like Vietnam and wear your passport around your neck... rich locals will pay you 20k for marring their daughter (to get an American citizenship). ..You get 20K, a maid, and all the BJ's you can handle. Wait 2 years, divorce her and repeat... 40K in 4 years... where else can you get 10k a year for being an American citizen?

Shiet, you dont need to goto Vietnam to do that. Alot of rich people in Hong Kong do the same thing. Why get paid $20K to bang some village girl, when you can get paid $100K to bang some rich Hong Kong chick who hopefully looks something like Hsu Chi. My friend's older bro did that, he got HELLA paid.

I highly reccommend this book: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=books

This is where a large part of my income through highschool has come from.
