exactly...i had an aunt who was veagan for about 6-8 years of her life, but it started to actually tear away at her health. now she is told to eat meat. i personally believe that eating meat is alright, it's just that i can't stand it when people don't finish the food...all of that for two bites of a burger? get real.

it is impossible with the development of our bodies to remain active and healthy with a strictly vegan diet and damn near impossible as a veggitarian....UNLESS you supliment.

it is possible to stay healthy with the use of very well chosen veggies and and suppliments.

I was a veggie for a while. I eat meat because I like it. Not because I need it. I try to eat cage free eggs, free range meat and organic veggies but it's freakin expensive.

I'd do the veggie thing for a couple months out of the year for health reasons if I could afford it. It's hard enough to pay for my protein shakes.

Witnessing it first hand is something that I don't wish upon anyone. They do it right away... Cover the horse with a tarp, and inject it... Thats it! Death row for you horse! That's f'ed up.

That is my rant for the day.
