Hook up at Toyota?

Parent's are looking to get a cheap gas saving corolla and since this is a great place for feedback and experiences from actual salesmen I thought I'd ask you guys. Trying for the no bull**** around approach. '10 that is new is fine, doesn't have to be the newer '11s. Just a gas saver for my brother.

my dad has a carolla, fat gas saver, bought it brand new in 2007, currently has 140k on it and running strong. have not had a single problem. internet is legit way to go, check the prices in the east bay competitive over there
