Pan fry the Spam with some onions and you're in heaven.

hehe eat like a king... but with pennies to do so. that is the ultimate college food right there man... pan fried spam soy sauce and rice... or go for the goal and add fon-keh don to it! yummm.... i'm tempted to just go and make that right now...

Yeah, I think it's pretty good. If you're familiar with San Tung on Irving and 12th, the guy running So is the son of that restaurant's owners. They're from an area of China that borders on Korea, so there are influences from both cultures in the dishes. The food So is similar to San Tung, but in a more casual setting. The chicken wings are probably their most popular item along with their black bean sauce noodles. Hmmm, thinking about it makes me want to go there soon.
