yeah.... ask for "combination noodles please"? and the people there will look at you with a blank expression... then over charge you because they know they can play you for a fool

i actually saw some american guy order a "Hong Kong Style combination noodle" in HK. The waiter just laughed and left.

They're only called HK style noodles in the US for the bok guais. The proper term in Cantonese is "jeen mein", which just means pan-fried noodles.
