The grill material came from Home Depot.
Primered and painted it.

The hoodscoop was pretty easy, I even have a template in the galvanized silver, and a painted black one. SlickmeisterN has dibs on the black one.
The grill is easy as well. The lower bumper opening was a PITA. Now that I know how to take the Bumper cover off, it would be much easier, and look cleaner than mine.

I can make more if anyone wants. STI scoop for now, it could be cut down to fit the 04 WRX scoop.
02/03 scoops are possible, just need a scoop to make a template.

Kevin, Im on my spring break now and can help you do the headlights any time before Thursday. Im going to Chico Thursday afternoon but will be back to do it Sunday if you prefer. Or have you changed your mind about doing it?
