Have you considered a contract engineer? I kind of doubt you'll have F/T regular work for an EE, but hiring one for each project, even if it's always the same one, is probably a lot less expensive, if you meant to hire as contract, you should mention that too.

good point. This is meant as a contract position but there is quite a bit of work to be done. Right now I have 3 separate product designs and more to come.
