All this HS talk makes me sad. Those were the days where all you had to stress about was a computer game or who you're going with to the next dance.

What college did you go to? I was in Revelle for a year, and I hated UCSD so much I left
i was at Warren college. y'know its funny that you say that, i almost transferred because i didn't like it so much my first year. i forced myself to finish up and i think i made the right choice. when were you there? i dont blame you for leaving Revelle. that college had brutal general ed requirements.

Dude I don't even have a degree. You guys are fortunate that you have the college opportunity.

When I got out of high school my choices were not good. I had average grades and an average score on the SAT despite being pretty smart. I missed admissions for most schools and thought community college was for loosers so I went to bible college instead. Ended up there for a year. Ran out of money. Went to a tech school because I needed a career before I ended up homeless.

It got me a good job and I was doing pretty good. But in these troubled economic times having a degree would open up a lot more doors and I think I'd probably be making more money.

Years later I've started community college and started on my way to a degree. I'm doing fine. Just dropped below a 4.0 because of one crappy teacher. grrrrr. Still over a 3.8 I think.

So my only advice is... finish.
