Nope :P I honestly thought it was gonna be a lot harder the only thing that was kinda iffy was the drilling of the weather protective cap, but rubber piece that comes with the kit makes it look like its supposed to be there :P

I picked up some white led corner bulbs from superbrightleds.com

So far so good. You might need a different bulb# than me though so make sure you check that out.

Geeze, Everyone has a DDM HID kit now... I just ordered a kit last Thursday when one of my lights went out.

What size is the hole for the rubber piece? Did you use a drill bit or a dremel?

One of my friends, has the 55W 6K kit and its been solid for him for two years now...

Ironically, I actually found those HID's on my SUV's forum, since the stock headlights are dim as hell... and people report having them for many many years now with no problems whatsoever.

The slim ballast ones are still $20 off of the original price.

It's pretty big, I believe I used a 3/8ths dremel. but the rubber piece fits snuggly

I was just looking at the kits, I think I am going to spend a bit more and go with one of the dual HID kits (low/high)
