HID Help?

HID Help?

I just installed my HID's and they won't power on. I know they work because I tried them directly on the battery. Any Ideas?

check ur wiring, all of them. Did you have to tap any of the electrical lines?

the wiring is perfect there was no splicing needed, everything was basically plug n play.

You did put in hid bulbs right cesar? You didn't plug the kit onto halogen bulbs?

when i installed my HIDs, the plugs to the ballast went in both ways and only worked one way. first time they didn't turn on and i flipped the plugs to the ballast and it worked right after.

Nothing wrong with it as long as you go with the white not the "color" ones. Its not optimal, but its far better than halogen bulbs can do.

Are you using relays? Make sure they work? I've had relays go bad on me more than once

This was the problem, one of the ballasts wasn't grounded right.

Here's a pic of the outcome the only thing that is bugging me is the corner bulb is an off color, does anyone know of any pure white corner bulbs? possibly LED ones?

DDM Tuning HID kit, dirt cheap with a lifetime warranty
