I finally tracked down some information..
About JustforJax Hi! My name is Jax and I have Biliary Atresia. The bile ducts in and below my liver weren't working well when I was born and I had a lifesaving procedure called the Kasai done when I was only a few months old. It has helped me a lot but one day soon, I will need to have a liver transplant.
Please show your support for Biliary Atresia Awareness. There is very little known about the disease and so at this time, transplant is the only option to save lives of those like me.
My aunties, uncles, ninangs and ninongs, siblings and parents are doing whatever they can to raise funds for my coming surgery and ongoing care post transplant. Keep posted for upcoming fundraisers.. Thanks again for caring about me... I feel lucky to have people like you guiding my path.

^ Yeah man. I heard about the Levy family's troubles and did what I could to help. When I heard about the Sorianos having, almost, the same issue I was floored.

Cool story bro, you clearly missed my point. Information is not "where you can unload your wallet" it is "this is what is going on, here is where you can unload your wallet." I suppose the info is in the thread now, before your snarky-*** comment.
