No prob I'll help you out with the plugs, I don't see that you have a larger than stock turbo so the stockers should be plenty for the TD04. Anything will be better then what you got If they haven't been changed In a long time or ever haha since you don't have the service records on the car.
Text me in the morning with a time you think you'll want some help and I'll give you a call.

Edit: I also have a tatrix cable and ECU Edit so we can log the car to see whats going on with it.

Forget diagnosing your problem yourself. Get your car to a local shop. GST in Hayward or LIC in Novato.
Let the EXPERTS deal with it.
In the long run you will save money because they will only replace what needs doing.
Some times you need to bite the bullet and take it to a specialist.

You'll be happy you did...GST will immediately get to the root of the problem really quickly.

You definately have a miss fire and the ecu told you which cylinder. The next course of action is to swap the plugs and do a compression test while you're at it. First look around and make sure your coil packs and inectors are all plugged in properly. You're on the right track.
Give me a call if you have any questions.
Thanks

so i compression tested today with the help of brian (07wrx4life) we hit a snag with the piece of crap auto zone tester anyway my friends dad fixed that problem and i got another tester since the motor hasnt been ran since yesterday i had these numbers
cyl #1 - 152psi
#2 - 150psi
#3 - 150psi
#4 - 149.5psi
so i swapped in new plugs and for a tester i switched the coil pack with the problem cylinder with another. started it up and let it run for 20 min while revving it up every now and then and it still has no CEL. while last night it would come on within the first minute of idle. so i think i took care of that problem.
i now need a gauge pod so i can hook up a boost gauge i need to see if there is a boost leak..

Nice! how did you get that damn thing outa there? Sorry I didn't reply back on the text I was bizzy with some family ****...
You wont be able to check to see If you have a boost leak by running a gauge on there when boosting, The best way to check Is to have the Intake system pressure tested with the car off and the Intake plugged with a pressure cap, Just ask Greg when you go to GST I guarantee they will find one lol there always Is a leak somewhere.
hit me up If you ever need any help I'm always down for wrenchin
